Personality: Shiro is more light-hearted than his acquaintence, Yusuke, as can be seen in his behavior and tone of voice. He is an alcoholic and can often be seen at either a pool hall or a bar.... or both, if the mood strikes him. Though he's not very reliable, the fact that he still has connections within Fuuto's underworld makes him a valuable source of information.
Motivation: To provide information to detectives and police in order to screw over the organization that drove him out of business.

Rider Appearance: The body of the suit is resemblant to Kamen Rider Ryuki, but the chest armor is slightly bulkier and armor resembling Kamen Rider Blade's can be seen on the legs and forearms with hints of red instead of blue. the helmet is resemblant Kamen Rider Birth, but without the Receptical Orbs on the sides and the silver and green area above the "eyes" is black and red.
Weapons: Mach Blade, a sword resembling a futuristic katana.
Maximum Drives: Mach Strike, Shiro places the Machina Memory in the hilt of the Mach Blade and charges toward his opponent, the blade glowing red with energy generated by the Memory. He thrusts the Mach Blade when he gets close enough to his enemy, unleashing the generated energy onto his opponent

History
Shiro was born and raised in Fuuto, he knows it inside and out. This helped him during his career as a Memory dealer until some organization came along and drove him out of business. Ever since, he's been supplying information to the Ichimonji Detective Agency and the police, mostly the Agency. He's used his connections around Fuuto to "acquire" a GaiaMemory of his own, in case the Memory organization conducts an assassination attempt.
