Personality:
Your first impression of Sakura Ryusaki is that she's a ditz. She keeps missing work, she frequently comes in half-asleep and sometimes you'll go into the toilets and hear her crying. However, she does seem to get herself back in order for dealing with the news, rumours and general gossip she presents on a daily basis.

Sakura Ryusaki believes that there isn't enough being done to protect the children in Futo so she's gone over the heads of government officials and the police as Kamen Rider Wings. She's canny enough to know how to distance herself from Wings by using her time on the airwaves to manipulate and subtly change the stories.

As Kamen Rider Wings Sakura is rather brutal, injuring and sometimes killing those she feels have wronged children.

Rider Details
Rider Name: Kamen Rider Wings
Memory Name: Bird
Memory Appearance: The Bird memory is a light green gaia memory with a "B" on it stylised to look like a bird in flight ... attached to a bird. The memory is the tail of a small green robotic eagle. The eagle has a thin rectangular body, simplistic head and two wings made up of three sharp green feathers.

When inserted into Sakura's driver the head ducks down and the feathers fold in to form a rough circle. It turns with the driver meaning that the feather ring remains in the middle of the belt buckle and the memory proper is obscured from view.
Memory Powers: The Bird memory gives it's user the power of flight through two greenish feathery wings emerging from the users back. It also gives it's user incredible eyesight.
Rider Appearance: Kamen Rider Wings is similar to the other riders wandering around Futo. A simplistic design, a line running down the middle of her body, two blue eyes, rounded shoulders and a vague "W" shape on the chest with similar bands round the shoulders, wrists and ankles.

Sakura's rider form is a pastel green while the decorative bands are darker and have feathers embossed into them. The differences are that the silver headcrest on her head is not two simple lines rather it's a pair of silver wings with an eagle's head in the middle of it pointing down between her eyes.

There is a black pattern identical to her tattoo's on her back. Wings appear out of the back if she pushes down the top feather on each side of her buckle and then lets them up again. The wings are large, pastel green with similar bands and made up of four large feathers. The top most feather of each wing has a Gaia Memory slot at the top that can be used for a Maximum Drive.
Weapons: Back Wings are the wings detailed above.
Ankle Wings are engaged when Sakura pushes down the top two wings on her buckle. A spur shaped similarly to one of her feathers, though curved upwards appears on each ankle.
Maximum Drives: By pushing down all three wings on her belt buckle Sakura can use her Maximum Drive/ Memory Break: A rider punch that charges Sakura's right hand up with burst of energised plasma. She can then punch her target into next week destroying any T1 Gaia Memory in their body.

Suzie can also use the Wing Slot on her ... um ... wings for a Maximum Drive called "Dawn Chorus" where she takes off into the sky, all four feathers detach from her body and then fly into/ through her enemy.

By putting the memory in her belt slot she just activates her rider punch again, and that's pretty damn impractical so she just uses the feather flicking.

• Memory Name: Heavy
  Memory Appearance: A brownish orange memory with a stylised "H" on the front. The letter is designed to represent a weight (Watch an old Loony Tunes cartoon, you know the one) with the whole thing slanting diagonally upwards and with a small semi circle on top.
  Memory Power: The Heavy Memory controls Gravity.
  Maximum Drive: Maximum Drive in hip slot: Wing Freefall Sakura floats into the air with her gravity power and then comes down heavily with a rider kick (Using both feet).
  Maximum Drive in either wing slot: The wing turns a sort of orange/ bronze/ brown colour and Sakura's able to use a Maximum Drive called Wing Crush. Sakura's wings spread out and start to create a miniaturised black hole which launches itself at the target.
  
  
• Memory Name: Laser
  Memory Appearance: A red memory with a stylised "L" on the front. The "L"'s vertical line is a red line that quickly curves up and down and ends in a small "Bang bubble" like you get in comic books.
  Memory Power: The Laser memory creates bursts of light and laser fire.
  Maximum Drive: Maximum Drive in hip slot: Optic Laser Sakura's eyes glow red and then release a powerful burst of energy out of them
  Maximum Drive in either wing slot: The wing turns a bright red colour and Sakura's able to use a Maximum Drive called Wing Flashpoint. Sakura's wings spread out and each feather glows red at the tip before launching a powerful focused laser.
  

Other Equipment:

• The Bird memory always coming to her rescue counts?
  
• Sakura has a black motorcycle called Machine Raven. It's fairly low to the ground, she has to lie down on it. At the side are two Gaia Memory slots that emerge as glowing wings when a memory is placed in. It can jump exceptionally far.
  
• Sakura's phone turns into a small red parrot like creature with the phone forming the main body the screen splitting and folding out into two very thin wings and allowing a head to emerge. It can be powered up with the laser and gravity memories. Parrot Squawker.
  
• Sakura's camera can turn into the Hawk Sighter. A Dark blue bird like creature with a camera lens for a head and the body made out of the rest of the camera.

History

Sakura's childhood wasn't pleasant. Her father left when she was seven and her mother was extremely abusive, emotionally and physically. She blamed Sakura for her father walking out on them and the girl became convinced this was the truth and fell into a depression.

It was when she came to school with some nasty cigarette-inflicted burns on her chest that the teachers started getting alarmed. A few weeks later Sakura was placed in foster care and seemed to cheer up.

"Seemed" being the operative word in that sentence, in her mind Sakura was still thinking of ways to punish her mother for what she did to her. And when she was 17

We first saw Kamen Rider Wings on the 1st of May 2006. A group of would-be kidnappers found their victim gone, their warehouse burnt to the ground and a winged figure brutally murdering three of their gang members.

Kamen Rider Wings, is an exceptionally brutal Kamen Rider who is either seen as a hero (For how she saves and protects the young) or as a psychotic murderer (Based on what she does to her victims).
