Personality: He’s very friendly, talking a lot and seeming to be a very friendly dude. Yet when he transforms or enters battle, he changes completely. He becomes serious, silent, and sometimes, if he’s winning, he’ll taunt his opponent.

Maximum Drives: Tempest Typhoon- He pulls out the Memory and places it in the Maximum Slot on his belt, causing his Driver to announce a Maximum Drive. The winds pick up around him as he rises into the air, a tornado forming around his legs. He says, “Tempest Typhoon” and angles himself so the tornado is pointed at the target, then fires forward, the tornado drilling through the target and nearly ripping them in half.

• Memory Name: Gaia
  Memory Appearance: A white Memory with silver highlights and a “G” that looks like a globe.
  Memory Power: A non-combat Memory, however, when used in conjunction with either Rouji’s laptop or glasses, allows him to access the Gaia Library and display info from the Library on his glasses. If he were to use it in his Driver, it would work like Xtreme, in that it would allow him to immediately download info into his head. However, this usually gives him a bit of a really damn bad headache, and he always forgets whatever he downloaded later, so he rarely does this.

Other Equipment:

• His glasses can do a multitude of things related to a cord hanging off the back of the right arm, which ends in a port similar to that for a USB drive. However, this port is for Gaia Memories. He often uses it with the Gaia Memory in conjunction with a small microphone built into the glasses to search the Gaia Library for info, which displays directly on his glasses due to a small camera built into the frame. He can also use regular USB drives to view videos, and can even record with an external camera and make video calls. They’re also prescription.
  
• His laptop also has Gaia Memory slots on the sides, four in total, which he uses to analyze Memories which he’s acquired. He’s got a program on his laptop which can analyze the exact information inside a Memory, and determine it’s powers. He can also use with the Gaia Memory to search the Gaia Library, but he prefers to just use his glasses. If he’s willing to fry his battery and possibly destroy his laptop, he can use his program to fuse the info from two Memories into a third blank Memory, essentially combining the effects. This has never even been attempted. It can also store up to 5 terabytes of data. He has a scarily large collection of classic kung-fu movies.

History

Rouji was raised in a foster home. The only relation he knew of was his great-uncle, the famous detective Soukichi Narumi. He liked to boast about it, to the point that his foster parents just started whacking him upside the head every time he mentioned the name. That made him mad, but that anger intensified tenfold when he hit his rebellious phase at 13. By this point, he heard rumors about a skull man with a magic gun fighting monsters in the city, but dismissed them until he was approached by a Memory dealer at age 14. The dealer gave him his first Memory, Quake, and Rouji had fun with it for a while until the same skull man he had heard of defeated him. He spent 3 years in jail, then was released when he turned 18. At this point, he met the Asuno twins and started amassing Memories from the remnants of the old Museum dealers, dealing them back out to the good peoples of Futo.
When he was 22, he “adopted” Miki, and started caring for her, in return for her activities as a dealer. He soon received a letter from an anonymous sender that said he showed promise, and invited him to come to a tower in the business district of Futo, and to bring his most trusted comrades. He brought the Asuno twins and Miki with him, and met with the banded together remnants of Museum. They proposed to make him the leader of the new Museum they were building, and his comrades would be the commanders. Rouji accepted immediately, and they moved into the tower. They gave him the Gaia Memory as a gift for his new job. He now runs the organization.

Clothes: Usually wears various outfits, depending on her mood, but when she’s in Dopant form, wears a white hooded robe and a mask to conceal her identity, partially because she’s famous and doesn’t want to tarnish her image.

Personality: Miki is a very happy person. She’s always bouncing and talking and a surprising amount of the time, the others are fantasizing about making her shut up. However, she’s got a dark side, which rears it’s ugly, ugly head whenever she pops the Dazzler Memory into her Bio Connector. This dark side is a total bitch, a bit of a sadist, not like dominatrix-sadist, but like “I’m gonna enjoy killing you” sadist.

Motivation: Money, popularity. She often does her work on hosts who get close to beating her in the ratings.

Dopant Name: Dazzler Dopant
Memory Name: Dazzler Memory
Memory Appearance: A light blue Memory with white highlights
Memory Powers: Very similar to the superhero Dazzler, which makes them quite interesting. She can absorb sound, which also gives her spectacular hearing, and build up energy, which she can convert into light and do several things with, including hard light constructs, illusions, invisibility, lasers, and all sorts of cool sh*t.
Dopant Appearance: Pretty much just her human form with white eyes and intricate white markings on her arms and face similar to Kiva’s Fangire markings. However, since she’s famous and wants to protect her identity, she wears a white hooded robe and a mask with a built in voice changer.
Weapons: She can form weapons from her light, but prefers not to.
Maximum Drives: She has a technique she calls, “Mind Strobe”, where she grabs a victim and claps a hand over their eyes, then proceeds to strobe the f*ck out of the inside of her hand, point blank into the victims eyes. This often makes the victim blind permanently at the very least, makes them irreparably insane at worst.


Other Equipment:

• The tools of her trade, in her studio for her show, “The Miki Report”, the most popular show on the Fuuto radio waves (think Wakana’s Healing Princess). She broadcasts from the Futo Wind Wave Radio station biweekly.

History

Miki was also raised an orphan, but she was raised in an orphanage, which was markedly worse. Luckily for her, a nice family adopted her when she was 5. They were an old couple with a lot of money, and they gave Miki anything she asked for. Until the woman of the couple died when Miki was 11, and the man became very worried about money, and thus, stopped showering her with gifts. She was angry about this, and like Rouji, the anger was intensified when she hit her teens. She became quite rebellious, and when she was 14 and 15, was pretty much the sexual experimenter of the school. She had tried everything from lesbianism to bondage, but was finally satisfied when she met Rouji.
Rouji pulled her out of school and had her move in with him. The old man who Miki had lived with for her whole life soon died of natural causes, since a throat sliced open all the way to the spine quite naturally ends one’s life. She met the Asuno twins, and became the Dazzler Dopant and a dealer. She also met a famous radio personality, and managed, with the help of the personality, to convince the Futo Wind Wave Radio to have her own show. Her show, which reminded people of Wakana-hime before her mysterious disappearance, soon became very popular. She joined up when Rouji and the dealers banded together to form the new Museum, and currently lives with Rouji and the twins in the tower, alternating between uber-popular radio host and ruthless Memory dealer.

Personality: Kei is mostly calm, being the “older sibling” of the group, looking after Miki seeing as how she’s pretty much the baby of the group. She cares very much for her brother Kenta, and protects him when he’s threatened, but if he started it, then he deals with it.

Memory Appearance: A white Memory with black ribs and the Greek symbol of Alpha
Memory Powers: Stretchy limbs, telekinesis, telepathy, mind control
Dopant Appearance: A white humanoid form with the symbol of Alpha on the chest, and black “armor” on the legs, knees, elbows, arms, and over where her nose and mouth would be. She has two distinct eyes that seem to shift colors.

History

Kei was born and raised in a middle class home with her brother. When they were five, their father lost his job and was forced to take up a new job as a dealer for Museum. He worked as a dealer for several years until he simply couldn’t handle keeping the secret, and when the twins were 14, he gathered them and their mother at the table. He told them about his job, and how he was now an irredeemably evil man. And with that, he pulled out a gun, stuck it in his mouth, and splattered his brains all over the walls, while his family watched.
Needless to say, the kids were messed up, though Kenta got the worst of it, since he had had a rather close relationship with his father. They both raided their dad’s old suitcase, finding an L.C.O.G. and Kei claiming the Alpha Memory. They made themselves into Dopants, and managed to save their mother from an attack by Museum agents. Their mother soon passed away due to a stroke that they believe was caused by the grief. They lived on the streets for a while, working as mercenaries, until Rouji found them. He offered them work and shelter, and they accepted, becoming his partners in crime. They joined up when the new Museum was formed, and have worked as his most faithful agents since.

Memory Appearance: A black Memory with white ribs and the Greek symbol of Omega on it.

Dopant Appearance: Essentially the same as the Alpha, but the black and white are reversed and it’s Omega on the chest instead of Alpha

History

Kenta essentially has the same history as Kei, except he was very close with his father, so when he committed suicide, he was traumatized. Kenta started his silent streak then, and due to the activities he and his sister were doing to survive, this silence evolved into an emotional vacuum, resulting in his lack of emotion. Upon being recruited by Rouji, he used this to his advantage, molding Kenta into the perfect soldier: silent, remorseless, obedient. He is still his go-to killer in the new Museum.
