Clothes: Kenji wears a black leather jacket with the NEVER logo (A shield bearing a heart, a dagger, two snakes and the word "NEVER"). He also wears black jeans and brown dress shoes. His jacket is usually zipped up but he has a shirt underneath.
Anything Else? Kenji's body is deathly cold due to the Necro-Over process.
Personality:
Kenji is incredibly nervous. He doesn't raise his voice above a quiet speaking voice unless he's about to "Cut loose". Kenji is polite, and will very kindly talk to NEVER's prisoners, including giving them food or tea. Kenji really likes tea. Of all the members of NEVER Kenji is the least bothered about his Necro-Over condition.
Despite his mild-mannered personality Kenji is one of the most dangerous members of NEVER. In his Dopant form Kenji is brutal and exceptionally powerful. If someone manages to annoy him (He has a long fuse but it can be set off with just about anything from their opinions on tea to shooting a child) then his voice raises and he becomes very angry, yelling and reaching for his Gaia Memory ...
Motivation: Kenji just wants to find the perfect cup of tea. Though more immediately he's been told to scout out Futo by his superiors ...
Dopant Details
Dopant Name: Mud Dopant
Memory Name: Mud Memory
Memory Appearance: A brown memory. The letter is a big "M" that appears to be a sloppy greyish-brown pile.
Memory Powers: Control over mud.
Dopant Appearance: Kenji's dopant form is huge. It's about 9ft tall, with no legs, just a pillar of mud. From the waist up the body is a domed head with glowing red eyes. It has sharp grey rocky shoulders and a six pack made of grey coal-like chest pieces. His fists are huge grey rocks.
Weapons: N/A He can shoot mud from his fists, or engulf people. He can also increase his size by absorbing mud.
Maximum Drives: N/A
Other Equipment:
Kenji Kato grew up in Hiroshima, his mother and father died when he was 9 and he was raised by his grandma. His grandma taught Kenji about tea and he wanted to have a job to do with tea when he grew up.
When he was 17 he finally got a job in a tea house. On his fourth day for work he was late, ran there after school and was hit by a car. His grandmother and her friends mourned his death but were unable to cremate his body since they couldn't find it.
The reason for this was because a government agency intending to create a new NEVER had taken his body. Dr. Sachiko Fuyu modified the procedure so that Kenji wouldn't age and was impervious to just about any damage as well as installing a bio-port into his body.
Kenji was trained in how to use the Mud Gaia Memory and was soon inducted into the new NEVER. He has recently been sent to Futo to try and locate any information about the original Kamen Rider Double and scout out Futo city for the rest of NEVER.
