Normally, Cecile wears skirts, almost always. This goes with leggings on some occasions. She'll usually either wear short boots or heels, not having a real preference. She usually wears either darker colors (black, blue, purple) on a light material shirt with a bit of a lower neckline and shorter sleeves, or she'll wear a sleeveless blouse with ruffles, because she likes that. Usually a white color or some variation, up to light purple/pink.
Sometimes she'll wear a dress like this.
Her stealth suit is akin to this, but with full sleeves and the blade on her back, along with pouches along the belt for various supplies and tools.
Her desired suit for less stealth is this, but she doesn't have one yet.

Personality: Cecile is a kind and sweet girl. She's also someone who likes to move, due to her acrobatics and gymnastics training. She'll sometimes do things just out of boredom as a result. She can also come off as insightful, sometimes a little blunt, and guarded at times. Due to her life she has a variety of personality traits. She is a good woman at heart, but playful more than anything. In what regard "playful" is used, it's anyone's guess. She acts as she must for the situation, but primarily is a good woman who wants to help people if she can, though how far she's willing to go is another matter, based on how well she knows people. She likes to keep her French customs as often as she can, so she does stand out a bit.
She likes to play with Fang in Live Mode, often using it like that.
Despite appearing almost meek at some times, she has a habit of looking for things to do in bed, so some people are put off by that, but it's just something she's found to like for herself. She's no whore or slut, she's just had a few sexual partners and she figured out what she likes quickly.
Motivation: It's what she's kind of been forced into.

History
Born in France, having lived there for a handful of years, she and her parents moved to America when she was about five years old. Living in America with her family, she kept her French accent and heritage, along with her parents. She went through gymnastics for years as she went through school, becoming quite good at it. She did well in school and did well with higher level problems.
One of her teachers was impressed by her multitude of skills. He was a plant by the government, by the CIA. He approached Cecile's parents and told them that she had a promising future with them. Reluctantly Cecile was allowed to join, if she wanted. She wasn't sure what she would do with her life, but she chose not to join.
One day coming home from school, her house was burning. Her parents had died, and the CIA had taken her in. She wondered if this was something the CIA had caused, though they denied it. Even as she was with them for five years, they continued to deny it, even those who had her absolute trust. She started to wonder if they really hadn't.
She was given training and made into an assassin and spy. She preferred to dress stealthily and infiltrate locations to get at targets and information. Eventually he was sent to Fuuto to join Anna and get a hold of the Gaia Memories.
She's met Anna before, so she plans on living with her, if possible.
