Personality: He is a serious yet kind-hearted man. He can be counted on to aid you whenever needed, whether its a case you need done or an everyday thing you need help with. He is fierce in combat, especially when fighting against a Dopant.
Motivation: He witnessed his parents being murdered by a Dopant when he was a kid. He seeks vengeance, but also wants to make sure no one else suffers the same fate as his parents did.

Weapons: Claws and blades formed at his shoulders, wrists, and ankles
Maximum Drives: Jurrassic Setsudan (Slice), a move similar to Kamen Rider Amazons Super Dai-Setsudan. Sequence before final strike is downward strike, upward strike, and horizontal strike. He then jumps into the air yelling "Jurrassic Setsudan!"

Memory Appearance: Dark blue with an O emblazoned on it
Memory Power: Super-speed
Maximum Drive: Raptor Overdrive, this finisher comes in three variations, all of which require Yusuke to activate the Jurrassic Memories horn. One variation of this is where he speed around his opponent, unleashing a massive amount of strikes using super-speed and his claws and generated blades when his opponent is at a distance away. The second variation is where makes numerous strikes using the claws and blades at blinding speed. The third variation where Yusuke generates two blades on the back of his right ankle and strikes at his opponent with a massive amout of kicks at blinding speed, making this finisher similar to Accel Trials Maximum Drive

History
Yusuke was born and raised in Fuuto, along with his sister Marina. At age 13, he wintessed his parents lives slowly being taken by a Dopant, and was forced to provide for himself and his sister. He has had numerous part time jobs, each one payed a good enough sum for him and his sister to get by. When he became 20, he opened his detective agency, chosing to specialize in Dopant-related cases. Recently, he recieved a package containing a Lost Driver and the Jurrassic Memory, as well as a note saying "A Gift from a friend. Use it wisely."
