Personality:
Kiriha is a stubborn man at best. He takes his surname seriously, believing himself as a savior of man, and as such, he went into medical school. Cocky, yes. Good, yes. Very intelligent, very quick thinking. He has a vast wealth of medical knowledge, and could be anything, from a doctor to a surgeon if he wanted to.
Some may say he has a God Complex, but he doesn't, actually. He sees himself as above most other people, but not to the extent of a God Complex. Despite this, he has no qualms about saying this phrase many times to various individuals, "Kyuuseishu, Kiriha. The savior of mankind; the man to save everyone." People usually didn't like him during schooling as a result of his personality, but he doesn't really care.

Memory Powers: Plasma, speed, swordsmanship. He can move quickly, and even attain momentary super speed, he can use his scarf to unleash plasma blasts, and he attains swordsmanship skill.
Rider Appearance: Here, minus the gray line
Weapons: Nazca Edge sword
Maximum Drives: Nazca Grand; he burns up lifeforce to summon wings, propelling him up, and then down into his foe; his sword erupts into gold light as he cuts down his foe.
Nazca Line Slasher; inserting his Memory into his sword, he dashes into his opponent, swings once, and cuts the foe with a series of Nazca Lines in multiple forms, completely cutting them down.
History
Born to a moderately well-to-do family, Kiriha always had the money that he needed. The money didn't spoil him, and he insisted that it be used on tutors and the like, seeing a higher IQ as being more important than material needs. Over the years, his intellect grew considerably, and his views on the world started to change as he traveled, went to a sheltered life, traveled, and so on over the years, as his parents let him do as he wished starting at the age of 10.
He eventually assumed that he was to be the person to save mankind after seeing how horribly people treated each other, after seeing some wars happen in other countries. But around this time, he started to feel weak and sick. The best doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with him; he was dying.
After graduating at the age of 17, he went straight into medical school, in an attempt to save people, become the savior of mankind, and save himself. His peers always hated him, as in high school. He was too good, and believed he could find a way to save himself, to save many people, as he started to grow weaker.
His school taking place in Fuuto allowed him to end up learning about Gaia Memories. He chose to save himself and go after Memories. Using his money and connections he obtained a Driver and Memory; but it was Nazca. It couldn't save him. It could kill him even faster.
Still, he chose to take his name seriously and do something about it. He chose to take what life he had left and fight. He knew of the evils of Fuuto, and wanted to crush them. Choosing to become a Kamen Rider, he figured he'd eventually find a way to save himself. Hopefully.
