On a nearby rooftop...a cloaked figure looked into the room for a moment, with a telescope, before turning and walking away. "It's definitely her." was all the figure muttered, as it left.

Kiriha came into the room with a chart in hand, "Rounds," he commented to Anna, not noticing Ryouko.
