Ryouko Sakuta was one day closer to her graduation, she thought honestly, and looked at the note she'd received, stuck in her locker. The person wanted to meet, in the park, so she'd make her way there in running gear....and so she did, having the black bare-midriff top and matching breathable slacks, with running boots, and her bag slung over her shoulder. She cleared the school doors confidently, and jumped down the flight of steps, landing with a flourish...

Another day, another boring lesson about things he already knew. Kakeru didn't mind school, since it was a means to make good connections, and make good friends, and it didn't look half bad on his resume. His only gripe was that the classes rarely taught anything he hadn't already studied on his own time. Most would find the solution obvious, "Don't study so damn much", but Kakeru just managed to do it without thinking. So, as it was, he spent much of his class time thinking, planning, and the like. After class, he usually looked for a chance to change out of his uniform, which was kind of stuffy in his opinion, and into his preferred attire.
Today was a day Kakeru managed to get off from the station, so he decided to go have some fun. As he went to leave the school, however, he noticed one person standing out from the crowds of students. Another student in street clothes, who, rather than walk down, leaped down the front steps, landing stylishly. Kakeru found this intriguing, but didn't quite want to just walk up and talk to her. Rather, he'd use his police training to tail her, just to see where she might be going.

Ryouko leaped up on the high wall at the school gates, holding on to the rail with both hands as she made her way along one side, before letting go, kicking up and off the wall, doing a spinsault in mid-air and landing on her feet, to the applause of a few people. Then she started running towards the local park, intent on continuing her training.

Well now, that little stunt definitely caught Kakeru's eye. It seemed that trailing this girl and keeping an eye on her would turn out much more entertaining then just hanging around the arcade, even if the KoF machine was tempting him so. So he kept to the shadows, using various signs and postboxes and bus stops to keep himself hidden while he maintained his tailing. The girl was quite fast, which didn't honestly surprise him, but he was able to use his training to keep on her tail, and remain pretty much completely hidden.

Ryouko kept going, jumping up on an empty bench before spinning off of it to land on her feet, then she jumped up, catching the roof of a bus stop with her hands, and using her surprising strength to haul herself up onto the roof...then she ran lightly across and jumped off the other side, going into a combat roll before coming up to her feet and proceeding, being closer to the park now.

This was a real challenge. For the first time since he started on the force, Kakeru was having trouble keeping up with someone. Granted, if it was a straight chase and not a stealthy tailing, he'd likely be keeping equal pace, but as he was, he needed to stay low-key. Judging by her path and pace, she was likely headed to the nearby park, which was a nice enough place, and gave plenty of areas for exercise, which was Kakeru's guess as to her end goal. As for his own, it was a matter of sheer curiosity, nothing more, nothing less.

Ryouko soon arrived at the park without doing any more stunts, and found a cloaked figure waiting for her under a tree. She approached it.
"Were you followed?" The question was posed, through a voice changer. "No." "Good...my masters have a proposal for you..."

Kakeru followed more closely, without getting close enough to be seen or detected, and took notice of the cloaked figure. "Hmm, looks like this was a smart idea after all. This looks shady." He mused, just within range to hear the two speak. It seemed like an arranged meeting, but judging by her tone and the words of the cloaked figure, the girl seemed to not know entirely what the arrangement was. So Kakeru waited, ready to step in at a moment's notice.

Ryouko crossed her arms. "Go on." The figure spoke. "Simply put, we know who you are. We know what you've been up to. And we're willing to offer you a very hefty contract if you will join us." it said, producing an envelope and handing it to her, and she took it with trepidation. "But...who are you guys?" "The contract explains everything...I would advise you to accept it."
"Uh..." Ryouko was at a loss for words for a moment. "Think about it, go ahead.....but we will not wait forever. Choose your next action carefully, Ryouko Sakuta." Then without further adieu, the cloaked figure turned around and left, disappearing after a short walk...and Ryouko staggered over to a nearby bench...having a weird feeling about this...

Just as Kakeru was about to make his move, the figure disappeared entirely, causing Kakeru to nearly stumble back to maintain his cover. "Dammit, missed my chance. But he mentioned a contract, and she definitely seemed...confused. Something sinister is at work here. Something the force can't handle. Something that needs...a hero." He thought to himself, while keeping a close eye on the girl who had now been identified as Ryouko Sakuta, an underclassman of Kakeru at Futo High whose name Kakeru had heard a few times in passing. This had gone from simple intrigue to serious case, so Kakeru decided he would give it his full attention, and try to move closer undetected.

She sat down, putting one leg over the other, her muscled abs showing in the direction he was trying to sneak from, as she opened the contract and read it...six figures....to lead this strange...foundation's security group? They researched Memories, or so it was said, but there were people trying to sabotage their work. She folded up the contract and put it back in the envelope, putting it in her pocket. Now she had two offers. One as an intern with Anna-san's group, and now this....why was she so special to these people, was it because of her Memories? Or did she bring something to the table?

Kakeru nodded his head, thinking to himself. "Alright KK, it's go time." Walking out from his cover, doing so rather casually, as if he had just been walking normally, and walked over to Ryouko. "Nice weather we're having, isn't it? Great for a walk in the park, or to meet up with someone." He made an attempt at subtle small-talk, throwing in a less-than-subtle hint of his true intention. However, as he spoke, his eyes wandered downward, caught between her rather voluptuous chest and well toned stomach. "Though I couldn't imagine someone wearing full black out..." He paused, his eyes wandering downward again. "Okay, those are seriously distracting."

Ryouko looked up at him, not sure how to take it, but a small smile coming to her face when she noticed that her feminine wiles had caught him completely unawares....and she hadn't even tried. Beginning with a question, she spoke. "It's a bit hot out, yes..." she gave, standing up, and walking up to him...slowly placing a tan, slightly dark-skinned hand on his chin, and raising his eyes to hers, having a small sultry look in hers. "I'm glad you appreciate my body....but, which student are you? I know you go to my school....and what interest could you have in meetings?"

As she raised his head, a light blush formed on Kakeru's cheeks, as he fought the urge to avoid eye contact, but managed to keep his eyes lined with hers. "Third year, Kakeru Hoseki. And you do have a rather...nice body. As for the rest, sorry, but I believe I'll stick to asking the questions for now. At least until I get some answers." His casual attitude and blush both faded rather quickly, before he continued. "Starting with the reason you're here, and who that was in the cloak." At this point, subtlety would likely end up being misconstrued, so he opted to just get straight to the point, and hope she talked rather than trying to run.

"Ah, Kakeru-kun...I do remember hearing about a student who was also an intern with the police." Ryouko said, nodding for a moment, keeping her hand on his chin, smiling slightly at his admission about her body, before her face became a little more serious. "I don't know who was in the cloak. I was only here because I got a strange message to meet here. I'll show you what was in the envelope...if you keep it to yourself...for me." she said, making an offer he could refuse, but he'd regret it later.
